Exploring the Possibilities..charter yacht opportunity in the British Virgin Islands or Caribbean

Although not wanting to get out of the charter industry, we ARE looking ahead (medium term) at our "advancing age", to the time that we will want to be dealing with different aspects of the industry rather then running large sail and dive charters for up to 12 guests, if only for less physical work.

Promenade has always been a money maker, with a solid niche. We could be open to options and/or partnership ideas.

I know there are a lot of people who have new ideas for business opportunities.

I love this yacht, but once our chartering careers are done, it will not be a good fit for us sleeping as many people as it does.

We are asking $385,000. US for outright sale of our yacht.

Excellent condition, professionally maintained. Replacement cost would be many millions.

We are only the second owners of this beautiful trimaran which has successfully done crewed charters in the British Virgin Islands for many years. all websites, marketing, brochures, basically a turn key operation is available if you so desire to keep the yacht in charter. The yacht has a current survey, which states that it is in "above average condition structurally and cosmetically." and puts its value for the boat alone, a good deal higher then what we are asking with this economy. The boat is in amazingly good shape and has been meticulously maintained to allow it to continue offering a high level of charters. It is licensed and kept up to MCA standards.

Complete pictures, surveys and information is available. Please, serious offers and ideas only. We are not interested in subsidizing someone else's dream, nor are we putting this up because we need a cash infusion. You must have money.

The upgrades and improvements on this yacht have to be seen to be understood and appreciated. It is in excellent condition. Just this year alone we replaced carpets, varnishing, installed electric winches on the yacht (total of 5) made all new rain guards and cockpit cushions for the cockpit, brand new mattresses for the beds, new sinks, new taps, new stereo system, remote controls for the anchors AND sails, off the top of my head.
